This soldier in Iraq had an HP printer which quit working. He contacted HP tech support for help to fix it. HP told the soldier that he would have to pay them for the advice.
Watch this 60 second video for his response to them.
I don’t know how many folks will end up seeing this …but HP customer relations probably wish they had helped him out or even sent him a new printer.

Jimmy Fallon had a special guest on “Late Night” last night: “The Boss” himself, Bruce Springsteen! Fallon was thrilled to have him on the show, and so was Fallon’s alter-ego Neil Young. Fallon ended up doing his notorious impression of Young while Springsteen joined him in a slow, acoustic version of Willow Smith’s hit song, “Whip My Hair.” Springsteen also wore a costume, although it was pretty much one of himself in the 70s. Listen to their heartfelt rendition of the season’s hottest jam below.

The news anchors on a morning show at Chicago’s WGN certainly let out their (tongue-in-cheek) sadness and near-rage when a bridge that they had been training a camera on for minutes imploded the second they cut away from it. In fact, they nearly had a comic meltdown, banging their fists on the table, yelling, throwing and even eating the papers on their desks.
The screw-up, one of the anchors joked, was “a metaphor for this show: another crash and burn.”
